BBDC 2024 Location

Enter the building through the Welcome Center from Ash St. or the Athletics Entrance from Regent St. BBDC is in Stevens Gym.

There is a good chance that you'll be on Regent St. at some point. If you see "WEST" in large letters through the windows, you have found the correct building!
The Athletics Entrance can be found on Regent St.

The main entrance is on Ash St. The Welcome Center is up the steps and to the left. Note the flags that say "Welcome Center."

Parking
You have two options: use one of the parking lots from Van Hise Ave., or parallel park on various nearby streets. See the City of Madison's open data for street parking restrictions or read on.

You can parallel park on Ash St. or Chadbourne Ave., but pay attention to the signs. BBDC is not on a school day, so school day restrictions do not apply. On the other hand, if the sign does not say "school day" or a day of the week, the restriction applies!

It's a similar story on Regent St.; pay attention to signage even though most restrictions don't apply on Saturday.
Some restrictions only apply on "Football Saturday," which refers to the Wisconsin Badgers. On the day of BBDC, they have an away game, so "Football Saturday" rules do not apply.

On the north side of the school is Van Hise Ave. You can parallel park on the north side of the street but not the south side. You can also access two parking lots.
Although one of the lots has a sign that says "Staff Parking Only," dancers and spectators for BBDC have been given permission to park there.
After you park, walk around the school building to the Athletics Entrance or the Welcome Center.
