Fall 2026 Weekly Lessons
BBDT teaches several different types of ballroom dancing. Weekly lessons are taught by our instructors.

For fall 2026:
- Classes are free during the weeks of September 14 and 21.
- Beginner classes will follow a different schedule during these weeks.
- Beginner Standard: Tuesdays 7:30 PM to 8:15 PM
- Beginner Smooth: Tuesdays 8:15 PM to 9:00 PM
- Beginner Latin: Thursdays 7:30 PM to 9:00 PM
- Beginner classes will NOT be at our studio. Their locations will be on the home page.
- Intermediate classes will be at our studio.
- Beginner classes will follow a different schedule during these weeks.
- Beginning on September 28, all classes are at our studio. You can pay dues online or in person.

Lessons and open practice space are held at Kanopy Dance Studio. To unlock the door, you will need to enter a four-digit code on the keypad, which is distributed in the team's weekly e-mail. You can sign up for the e-mail by contacting us. Team members also monitor the entrance near the start of each lesson to help let people in.
Although the Badger Ballroom Dance Team does not offer formal instruction in American Rhythm or Latin Club Dances, several members on the team do know how to dance these styles and may be willing to teach them or give you additional resources. Once per semester, we typically have a Beginner American Rhythm lesson outside of regular beginner lessons.
